Instructions
- Caramelize the onions by melting butter and olive oil, adding sliced onions, and cooking on low until golden brown.
- Prepare garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Combine ground turkey with salt and pepper and form into 6 large patties.
- Cook turkey patties in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Assemble burgers on rolls with aioli and caramelized onions.
