Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup passionfruit juice
  • ⅓ cup white grape juice
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 12 green tea bags (optional)
  • ¼ tsp acai powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup freeze-dried strawberries, chopped (for serving)
  • 1 cup ice (for serving)

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries, passionfruit juice, white grape juice, and water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  • Add green tea bag (optional) and simmer for about 5 minutes, removing the tea bag after 2 minutes.
  • Simmer until strawberries are softened and the mixture is smooth.
  • Whisk in acai powder and let the mixture cool in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  • Stir in coconut milk until well combined and keep in the fridge until serving.
  • Serve over ice with freeze-dried strawberries.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
Adjust sweetness by varying the amounts of passionfruit and white grape juice.
For a non-caffeinated version, skip the green tea entirely.
