- ½ lb spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown; drain fat.
- Mix cooked beef with pasta sauce.
- Boil spaghetti noodles until al dente; drain and mix with beaten egg and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Press spaghetti mixture into a greased pie plate to form a crust.
- Pour meat sauce over the pasta crust, sprinkle remaining parmesan, and add mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Ensure spaghetti is well-drained to prevent sogginess.
Experiment with different ground meats for varied flavors.
Let the pie cool slightly before slicing for cleaner pieces.
