  • 8 oz chicken stock

  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Cornstarch for thickening
  • Optional: Sliced carrots and celery for added flavor and veggies

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Chop potatoes and place them in the slow cooker.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken stock; pour over potatoes.
  • Add thyme, parsley, onion, garlic, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
  • Place seared pork chops on top of the potato mixture.
  • Cover and set slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  • Optional: Thicken sauce with cornstarch and liquid mixture before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
Adjust cooking time for thicker pork chops.
