  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely pressed or minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnishing)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Lay the salmon skin-side down on foil with lemon slices underneath.
  • Mix melted butter, lemon juice, honey, and garlic, then pour over salmon.
  • Seal the foil tightly and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Place the foil pack on a baking sheet and bake for about 17 minutes.
  • Remove the top layer of foil, baste with reserved mixture, and broil for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
