- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 ounces sliced cremini mushrooms
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, and kosher salt in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into four equal oval patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear patties for 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove patties and make the gravy by melting butter and whisking in flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add beef stock while whisking, followed by ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder.
- Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Return patties to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
Use fresh ground beef for the best flavor.
Cook patties until golden brown to enhance flavor without burning.
Allow gravy to simmer to deepen flavors.
