- ½ tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Halve the carrots lengthwise.
- Mix melted olive oil with maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the sliced carrots.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and optional cayenne pepper and rosemary.
- Arrange carrots on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use fresh, firm carrots for the best flavor.
Adjust the amount of maple syrup to your preferred sweetness.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
