Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Chop and melt semi-sweet bakers chocolate in the microwave, stirring regularly.
- Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whisk in eggs until shiny and well blended.
- Add red food coloring, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and milk; stir until combined.
- Incorporate melted chocolate into the mixture.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
Melt chocolate gently to avoid burning.
Whisk eggs thoroughly for a shiny brownie top.
