Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Chop and melt semi-sweet bakers chocolate in the microwave, stirring regularly.
  • Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Whisk in eggs until shiny and well blended.
  • Add red food coloring, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and milk; stir until combined.
  • Incorporate melted chocolate into the mixture.
  • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix gently until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-30 minutes until set.
  • Cool completely before slicing into squares.
