- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter (natural or regular)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- In a large bowl, add the oats.
- Combine honey and peanut butter in a measuring cup, heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
- Whisk the honey and peanut butter together, adding vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the oats and stir until coated.
- Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stir and press down, then bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet before storing.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
Make sure oats are evenly coated to avoid clumping.
Adjust baking times for desired crunch.
