Instructions
- Coat the chicken wings in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large pot to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare lemon pepper butter by mixing melted butter with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Brush fried wings with lemon pepper butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
