Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add ground turkey, cooking for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart to brown evenly.
- Stir in julienned carrots and broccoli, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over the turkey and vegetables; stir to combine.
- Serve the mixture over cooked rice, garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use lean ground turkey for a healthier option.
Adjust gochujang according to your spice preference.
Leftover turkey mixture can be used in wraps or lettuce cups.
