Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks for 4-5 minutes and drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red-pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over cooked beef and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over white rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use high-quality ground beef for better flavor.
Adjust spiciness with red-pepper flakes to suit your taste.
