Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add salt and pepper, breaking the salmon into smaller pieces.
- Incorporate keto bread crumbs or almond flour, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
- Mix until a thick batter forms; adjust moisture with additional mayonnaise as needed.
- Shape into 12 equal patties.
- Cook in a medium heat non-stick pan with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for the best flavor.
Avoid overcooking to keep patties juicy.
