- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast (cooked or raw and cubed)
- 6 strips bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning.
- Add cubed chicken and half of the bacon, mix until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and remaining bacon.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For additional flavor, try adding garlic or onion powder to the mixture.
Feel free to substitute with shredded rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
