Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Whisk together spicy brown mustard, honey, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and pressed garlic in a bowl.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken with the honey mustard sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish, skin side up, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Baste chicken halfway through baking.
- Broil for a few minutes for golden browning.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
