Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter (softened)

Instructions

  • Preheat the cooking surface to 350°F.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each of two bread slices.
  • Top with 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam on the same slices.
  • Press the slices together to form two sandwiches.
  • Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.
