- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan (15g)
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch Freshly Cracked Black Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the garlic and mix it with olive oil to create garlic oil.
- Wash, dry, and cut carrots into even strips.
- Toss carrot strips in garlic oil until well coated.
- Mix Parmesan with crushed red pepper and black pepper; season the fries.
- Air fry at 350°F for 16-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
