  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. whole milk
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and heat treat the flours.
  • Cream butter, dark brown sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
  • Fold in the heat-treated flours until combined.
  • Gently fold in mini and milk chocolate chips.

Notes

Always heat treat both types of flour for safety.
Use softened butter for easier mixing.
Avoid over-mixing to maintain creamy texture.
