  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, crack and mix the eggs.
  • Combine the ground beef, oats, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until ingredients are well combined without overworking the meat.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread ketchup on top for added flavor.
  • Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
