- To serve: pita chips, tortilla chips, cucumber slices, veggies, baguettes, or French bread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Chop artichokes and prepare spinach.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, mozzarella, and minced onion into the cream mixture.
- Transfer to an 8×8 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with dippers.
