- 6 peeled hard-boiled eggs
- 8 ounces macaroni pasta (or any small cut pasta)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- ¼ cup cooked chopped bacon (2–3 pieces)

- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Paprika (for garnish if desired)
- 1 clove garlic, grated
Instructions
- Cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions and rinse under cool water.
- Chop egg whites and mash yolks in separate bowls. Combine with pasta.
- Stir in chopped celery, red onion, green onion, and cooked bacon.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper for dressing.
- Mix dressing with salad ingredients and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with green onions and paprika.
Notes
Rinse pasta thoroughly to avoid clumping.
Taste before serving to adjust seasonings.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour for best flavor.
