Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour two loaf pans.
  • Cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures without over-mixing.
  • Add vanilla and mashed bananas, mixing on low speed.
  • Coat strawberries in flour and fold into the batter.
  • Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for about 1 hour.
  • Cool the bread on a wire rack for 10 minutes before inverting.
