Instructions

- Add ketchup, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce to the spice mixture and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often.
- Prepare a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch and water in a separate bowl.
- Add the slurry to the simmering sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, cool, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Adjust the cayenne pepper to control the spiciness.
