- 1 cup milk

- Additional melted butter for brushing

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Toss bread cubes in egg mixture until well coated.
- Drizzle melted butter over the mixture and toss again.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
Notes
Use day-old bread for better texture.
Try rich breads like brioche or challah.
