- Powdered sugar (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter for cooking (more if necessary)
Instructions
- Mix softened butter, light brown sugar, and 3 tsp cinnamon for the filling.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a shallow bowl for the egg mixture.
- Remove crusts from bread, flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
- Spread the cinnamon filling on each slice and roll them up tightly.
- Heat a non-stick pan, melt butter, and coat roll ups in egg mixture.
- Cook roll ups in the pan until browned on all sides.
- Roll cooked roll ups in cinnamon sugar mixture or dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Use fresh or day-old bread for the best texture.
A non-stick pan is essential to prevent sticking.
Adjust cinnamon quantity based on personal preference.
