- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Cocoa Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- Sprinkles (optional)
- 54 mini Cadbury eggs
Instructions
- Lightly spray two 12-cup cupcake trays with non-stick spray.
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows to melted butter and stir until fully melted.
- Pour Cocoa Pebbles into the melted marshmallow mixture and fold gently.
- Using a cookie scoop, fill muffin tins with 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture, pressing down to form nests.
- Let nests sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to set.
- Top each nest with a spoonful of creamy peanut butter.
- Place three mini Cadbury eggs into each nest and add sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Ensure marshmallows are completely melted for best texture.
Press mixture firmly into cups for stable nests.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
