Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine buttermilk and melted butter in another bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients into the dry until a soft dough forms and fold in cheddar cheese.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, shaping biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare garlic butter topping and brush over warm biscuits.
