Instructions

  • Warm olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until golden.
  • Core and dice tomatoes, draining excess juice.
  • Slice basil and add it to the tomatoes.
  • Combine with garlic oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper; marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F; slice baguette and arrange on baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes, then broil until golden.
  • Spread goat cheese on toasted bread and top with bruschetta mixture; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
