- 8 slices bacon
- 8 large eggs

- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or other small rolls)

- 5 tablespoons salted butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake breakfast sausage in a 9×13 inch pan for about 25 minutes.
- Cook bacon on a lined baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, chives, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with butter until soft and fluffy.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls, keeping them attached to make assembly easier.
- Layer cheese, sausage, eggs, bacon, and more cheese in a baking dish with roll bottoms.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with maple syrup.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, use a mixture of cheeses.
Assemble sliders the night before and refrigerate for an easy morning prep.
