Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to 400°F.
  • Mix potatoes with vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and cook bacon until crispy.
  • Add seasoned potatoes to the skillet, cover, and cook until golden brown.
