- 4 red potatoes, chopped

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
- 8 ounces bacon, diced into ½” pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400°F.
- Mix potatoes with vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, salt, and black pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook bacon until crispy.
- Add seasoned potatoes to the skillet, cover, and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
- Create wells in the potato mixture and crack eggs into them.
- Close the grill lid and bake until egg whites are set.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.

Fresh herbs can enhance flavor.
