- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (optional)

- Drizzle of pomegranate molasses
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Trim the ends and remove brown leaves from Brussels sprouts; cut in half or quarter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, coat sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sprouts in air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 5 minutes and shake.
- Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, then add garlic and toss.
- Cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
Adjust cooking time for desired crispiness.
Shake the basket during cooking for even results.
For variations, consider adding sriracha or lemon juice.
